Build the soil
Cover crops, compost, and crop rotation keep the ground living year-round.
Our story
Elyon's Acres began with a simple conviction: that food should be grown the way our grandparents would recognize it — slowly, locally, and with respect for the soil that makes it possible.
We farm a small piece of land in Churubusco, Indiana. Our rows aren't measured in acres of monoculture, but in the variety of vegetables our neighbors look forward to each week. Everything we grow is Certified Naturally Grown — no synthetic pesticides, no shortcuts, just attention.
Regenerative farming is a long game. We cover-crop in the off-season, compost what the field gives back, and disturb the soil as little as possible. The reward is land that gets healthier with every harvest, and produce that tastes the way produce should.
How we farm
Cover crops, compost, and crop rotation keep the ground living year-round.
We choose varieties for taste and resilience, not shelf life.
Everything is sold within a short drive — fresher food, fewer miles.
